Douglas Stewart (Producer/Director/Orals Coach/Facilitator)

Douglas Stewart is a highly passionate executive with 40 years of corporate and performing arts management experience.  He has expertise in guiding, training, and leading major organizations to the achievement of their overall vision, personal development, marketing/communication goals, and financial success.  Since 1994, Douglas has led Top 100 Federal Government Contractors in awards totaling in excess of $35 billion dollars spanning over 200 federal/state/local government proposals and more than 2000 presenters.  He was awarded the Silver Medallion of Excellence from General Duncan McNabb as Producer for high level marketing/promotional DVD for USTRANSCOM’s Agile Transportation for the 21st Century (AT21) effort in 2011. In 2006, his company was selected as Small Business Provider of the Year by Lockheed Martin ST&S/Orlando. Douglas was the Lead Facilitator for a high level “Art of the Possible” Objective Force Warrior Technology Conference for DOE/US Army at Oak Ridge National Labs in 2001. He continues to provide  highly successful presentation skills training, personal coaching, FEDSIM technical video production/direction, and consulting support  to IT professionals, corporate executives, and senior management from the Washington Top 200 federal contracting community. Since 1994, Mr. Stewart has lead and facilitated high performance teams numbering 5 to 125 participants for major proposals, workshops, and technology conferences.

Stephen Thompson (Marketing & Development/Special Workshops/Online Training)

Stephen is a father to three awesome kids and husband to an amazing wife.  He always strives to be an example of the correct way to pursuit life for my family.  Making time to create experiences for his family is one of his major goals in life. Stephen attended Clark Atlanta University and graduated with a Bachelors in Business administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has spent a lot of professional time as a project and program manager.   His work experience includes positions with companies like Grainger, Reynolds, and the Department of Defense. His exposure to high caliber CEO’s and managers has allowed Mr. Thompson to sharpen his skills and quickly identify the best way to present information in a digestible format that results in the most productive outcomes.

Stephen has owned and operated a handful of businesses since 2003.  Currently, he owns a retail store in Aurora Illinois with his wife, along with a not-for-profit business that is geared to the reversal of deforestation worldwide.  Additionally, Thompson is a published author of a book geared to help barbers and stylists get a firm grasp on business based on his many years of lessons learned.  Networking is a particular passion for Stephen and he mentors entrepreneurs in this particular area of expertise. A life-long learner, Stephen brings unique skills and enthusiasm as an author, coach, and speaker to the Stewart Presentation Team.  

Joseph (Joe) Bonfiglio (SME/Orals Coach/Facilitator)

Mr. Bonfiglio possesses a deep background in proposal development, requirements definitions, and oral presentations.  With more than 24 years of experience focused on the defense technology sector, he has an excellent mix of program management capability and operational knowledge.  His unique Business Development acumen and his thorough method of pre-proposal posturing has placed Mr. Bonfiglio in the top 5% in BD Sector in the Scott Air Force Base area. Mr. Bonfiglio has supported various Department of Defense (DoD) clients to include, but not limited to the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). Mr. Bonfiglio is currently an Independent IT Consultant assisting small companies with their proposal and business pipeline development.  In this role, he is responsible for the strategic vision for organizational growth and development, proposal development along with oral presentation preparations, and developing solid relationships with potential government clients. Joe and Douglas Stewart have had a very long and successful relationship spanning many government projects spanning over twenty-five years.

Jim Folliard (Director/Video Producer)

Jim Folliard is the founder and head cinematographer of Gearshift TV. Jim has been honing his photography and videography skills for over twenty years. GearshiftTV and Stewart Presentations have teamed-up to provide a potent package for the delivery of technical video proposals for FEDSIM technical video proposal contracts and other government entities using videos as part of the proposal evaluation process. He excels in quick turn-around of a full-spectrum video production capabilities including videography, precise editing, and a variety of creative video solutions to support any government video proposal. 

Jim is a Virginia native who has spent his entire life living and working in the area. Jim is very well known in the DC metropolitan area for his work with local restaurants, athletes, car dealerships, night clubs, and other business owners. It is not uncommon to catch one of Jim's commercials on TV as well as large venues such as the Jumbotron at Fed Ex Field.​

Darcie O'Brien (Multimedia Artist)

Darcie O’Brien has supported many government proposals as a freelance multimedia artist for over two decades including work for Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, ARA Corp., and many others. Her passion includes work focusing on building community through art. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, painting and photography major, and has worked as a freelance graphic artist for 17 years. In 2009, she began teaching art to youth from her home studio, a project called “The Art Garage,” where neighborhood kids could come and work on projects in a mode of self-discovery and collaboration. As an offshoot of the Art Garage project, she offered art workshops for youth and families in the city of Vallejo, CA. which led her to teach Art, Photography, and Graphic Design at Vallejo middle schools. In 2012, she began teaching art classes for Art With Elders, and has continued to work with AWE in many roles over the years, including Artist Instructor and Exhibitions Director, managing the Annual Show and Traveling Exhibits Program in addition to providing graphic design, web, and communications support. 

Dwight Adair (Director/Writer/Producer)

 

Dwight Adair’s directing and writing work for Stewart Presentations includes a marketing video for General Duncan McNabb at USTRANSCOM, called AT21: Partners in a Journey of Transformation, which was contracted through Unisys Corporation and viewed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He was contracted by Lockheed Martin to develop a script for the Secure Border Initiative Network (SBI Net) as well as direct a recent video project for LM IS&GS Civil.

As a Director, Dwight has over a dozen hours of prime time television including episodes of Dallas and Dynasty. He produced the NBC movie of the week She Fought Alone. He was the key note speaker in China as part of a diplomatic delegation of motion picture professionals called “Legends of China”. Mr. Adair just completed a documentary on West Texas musical legend Tommy Hancock of Lubbock, Texas, entitled West Texas Muse.

 

Mr. Adair was president of Granite House Inc., a successful production company headquartered in Austin 1994-2004.  While there Mr. Adair produced the HGTV series “Dream House,” a thirteen episode documentary series that aired through January, 2002.  Mr. Adair produced a documentary on Bob Wills entitled "Faded Love" that was screened at SXSW in 2005.  He produced and directed a large HD video educational library for St. Jude Medical.

 

Mr. Adair is a graduate of the nationally acclaimed Leadership Austin program, has been on several Boards of Directors including the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, and is a director in good standing in the Directors Guild of America (DGA).
